How We Use It

We use this information to create and show pets, save your account, process purchases, prevent abuse, fix problems, and understand what parts of the app are working.

Who Helps Us

We use trusted services for sign-in, storage, native billing, analytics, and pet generation. We share information with them only as needed to provide beside.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your Photos

Photos are used to make your pet and support the result. Account deletion removes uploaded source photos, generated private media, saved pets, profile information, app settings, and push notification tokens from active systems.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion from the app Account screen or from https://pawbeside.com/delete-account. You will need to sign in with the same Google account or email-link account used in Paw Beside so we can verify the request.

When deletion is complete, your profile, sign-in data, pets, uploaded photos, generated private media, settings, and push tokens are removed or tombstoned so the account can no longer be used.

What We Retain

We may retain a minimal deletion audit record, legally required purchase or app-store records, fraud and security logs, and removed public-community listing stubs where needed to preserve community gallery integrity. These records do not keep your raw email, display name, private pet settings, source photos, or generated private media.

Your Choices

You can manage notifications, sign out, and use account controls from the Account screen. If something feels unclear, contact support from the app.
